4th PT : TRICEPS

triceps' workout is one of the hardest workouts aside from shoulder workouts. but since my arms are developing  well at the moment, thus im looking forward for the workouts. here how it goes :

ROUND 1 : C.O.P 15rounds

ROUND 2 : TRICEP DIPS (3x15)
                   INCLINE TRICEP DIPS (3x15)
                   DECLINE TRICEP DIPS (3x15)

ROUND 3 : CABLE PULLDOWN (3x15)

ROUND 4 : HUMAN PRESS ISOMETRIC (3x1min)

ROUND 5 : CLOSED GRIP PUSH UPS (3x15)
                   INCLINE CLOSED GRIP PUSH UPS (3x15)
                   DECLINE CLOSED GRIP PUSH UPS (3x15) FREAKING HARD!


ROUND 6 : ABS CRUNCHES (3x25)

above all, i did pretty well today..but eventually, my diet is not according to plan for the past two days..but im gonna improve on that instantly! after the workouts, i can see my arms especially my triceps and biceps getting hard and what not..yeahh..it is satisfying! im gonna do better next time!
